Going out for a meal isn’t just about the food — it’s about the connections and conversations between you and the company you’re with. Especially in today’s world, connecting with those around us is more important than ever. This popup is designed to encourage those conversations and connections, through the lens of the values that define us.
Menu
Your menu consists of 12 personal values. Choose 7 of the values that matter the most to you, and you’ll get a 7-course meal built around those 7 values. If you and your dining partner have 4 shared values, and 3 that are unique to you, you’ll get 4 courses with the same dish, and 3 courses with a different dish.
As you go through the courses and values, we encourage you to connect with those you’re dining with. Talk about why you chose a certain value over another. Discuss what the values mean to you. Connect with each other and get to know each other on a deeper level.
About the Chef
Chef Derrick Kwa is a digital marketer and creator who fell in love with cooking, and went on to train at fine dining restaurants around the world — including Nerua Guggenheim Bilbao (Michelin-starred, #53 World’s 50 best 2021), Atelier Ottawa (Canada’s 100 best 7 years in a row), and The Kitchen at Bacchanalia (Michelin-starred). Taking inspiration and ideas from all around the world, Derrick believes in creating food that goes beyond satisfying the stomach, but also engages the mind.
